Kramer Orthopedics
Meet Kramer Orthopedics Providers
At Kramer Orthopedics we are committed to providing the highest quality of care with compassion and sensitivity to the individual needs of each patient.
We work as a team to obtain a common goal, cutting edge health care. As athletes ourselves, we understand the importance of rehabilitation and return to
high level athletics.
Here at Kramer Orthopedics we are pleased to work with Physician Assistants (PA's).
A Physician Assistant, or PA, is a highly skilled health care professional licensed to practice medicine with physician supervision. As part of their comprehensive
responsibilities, PA's conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive health care, assist in surgery, and
write prescriptions. Within the physician-PA relationship, physician assistants exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provide a broad range of diagnostic
and therapeutic services. A PA's practice may also include education, research, and administrative services.
PA's are trained in intensive education programs accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). To maintain
their national certification, PA's must log 100 hours of continuing medical education every two years and sit for a recertification every six years.
